The Problem
Most startups don’t build products.
They build solutions for individual customers:
- Deals drive features
- Features accumulate without structure
- The product becomes fragmented
As a result:
- There is no clear strategy (ICP, value, direction)
- Shipping becomes inconsistent
- Even after early traction, the system doesn’t scale
The core issue is not output.
It’s the absence of a system that compounds.
What I Build
I help teams move from:

- Turning fragmented features into a coherent product
- Designing systems that scale beyond individual customers

In practice, this often means turning a fragmented, customer-driven product into a repeatable system that can scale.
Example
One company I worked with was trying to build a product platform, but was effectively operating as a services business.
- Each customer required custom work
- Multiple attempts at building a product had failed
- Engineering was optimized for delivery, not product
At the same time, leadership was explicitly aiming to become a scalable product company.
What I Did
- Reorganized product and engineering leadership
- Connected business strategy, product strategy, and execution into a single direction
- Aligned the management team around a shared product narrative
- Shifted development from per-customer solutions to product structure
Result
The company began to move from:
services-driven delivery → product-led platform
- Product direction became clearer and consistent
- Cross-functional alignment improved
- Early signs of repeatable product behavior emerged
- Initial traction toward product-market fit
This transition is still ongoing, but the system is now compounding instead of fragmenting.
